I know this is a minor detail, but it's a pet peeve of mine.
But ... our level of weekend service is considered adequate when even without trackwork the headways on Sundays are 15 minutes. It's commuter rail level of service.
Nope. I don't believe there is a single commuter rail line in all of North America that provides service that often on Sundays. There are, however, numerous rapid-transit lines in North America that, like the WMATA Metrorail system (also a rapid-transit system), provide service at 15-minute headways on Sundays.
